As a fifth-generation New Mexican, Santa Fe is my home town! I am an avid traveler, but there's no place I enjoy more than this unique city where I was born, raised and live.
I have been active in Santa Fe's real estate market for over 10 years and have been a full-time, full-service real estate professional since acquiring my license in 1999. No matter the market condition, moving is always stressful and the sales process can be confusing and complicated. My responsibilities as a listing broker can best be summed up as education, exposure and negotiation.
I keep you informed about neighborhood market trends, suggest ways to ready your home for the market, and once we are under contract, explain each step of the process. From pricing to responding to an inspection report, I provide you with the information and resources you need to make informed decisions.

Thanks to my New Mexican roots, I am easily interface between different cultures, a trait that honed my negotiation and project management skills. I get things done! I strive to safeguard my client?s interests and the best way to do that is by being straight forward, a good communicator and attending to details. Often a deal runs into hiccups due to minor oversights or simply someone or something making it much more complicated than it needs to be. Such oversights do not happen on my watch and I certainly do not complicate things. Whether or not my clients chose to buy a property in Santa Fe, I want them to know they have made the right decision based off of what they have learned from me and the information I provided.
Since joining the Santa Fe Agency in 2003, I have consistently been one of its top producers and have earned a reputation among my clients and colleagues for integrity, hard work and professionalism. I have only one priority, and that is to serve my clients with top-notch service. Experience after experience has proven that if I concentrate upon this goal, the rest falls into place.
My background in management contributed to this mindset, but my early childhood experience was foundational. Attending St. Catherine's, a local private school for Native American children, exposed me to different cultures and traditions. Sleepovers at the Pueblos and Feast Days celebrations gave me the cultural sensitivity that has made me feel at home wherever I am and taught me how to extend that same geniality to others. It is with that spirit of hospitality, graciousness and tenacity that I seek to serve my clients. |
