Judy Carter joined the Santa Fe Agency in 1982. Originally hired to help manage the offices, she runs the agency's relocation department, trains new agents, and serves as Qualifying Broker.
Prior to joining the Santa Fe Agency, Judy managed a London-based real estate investment company for 14 years. The two-man startup grew into an Internationally recognized corporation active in real estate brokerage, commercial development, new home construction and insurance.
Judy's extensive real estate and managerial experience has been a boon to the Santa Fe Agency. Her problem-solving skills are excellent, commitment to clients unshakeable, and she does not represent buyers or sellers to avoid conflict of interest with agents and clients. One of Santa Fe?s longest-serving qualifying brokers, there are few transactional glitches she has not encountered before.
A citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom, Judy has lived on both sides of the Atlantic. The logistics of home-shopping from afar and coordinating long-distance moves convinced her of the necessity of a department dedicated to providing relocations sevices. One of the first brokerages to establish such a service, The Santa Fe Agency has striven ever since to keep its position as one of the local market leaders. |
