Peter grew up on Manhattan's Upper Westside and went to the High School of Music and Art. He graduated from The City College of New York where he earned a Bachelors in social studies. Upon graduation, he worked as a documentary film editor for NBC, CBS and Westinghouse Broadcasting. Moving to Cable TV production, Peter was part of a team that brought Public Access television to New York City.
He and his family moved from New York to New Mexico and then to California to manage cable systems in southern New Mexico and central California.
Peter moved back to New Mexico in 1981 and ran a cable company in Santa Fe County, which he sold in 1986. He has been involved in Real Estate since 1988 and has been with the Santa Fe Agency since that time.
Peter is married and has two children. His wife Ethel is Publisher of New Mexico Magazine. His older daughter Rachel is a doctor who lives in Pittsburgh. His younger daughter Miriam practices health policy law in New York City. |
